Frequently asked questions about contacting WEESS
Ideally, you will know the type of building, the number of residential units or users, the location and the general project status (planning, construction, existing). If you already have data on planned or installed PV systems, battery storage or existing metering concepts, we can move much more quickly into a thorough assessment and project planning.
WEESS focuses on multi-occupancy buildings, neighbourhoods and commercial premises where building-scale or tenant-generated electricity is to be established as a structured energy asset, including storage, PowerTower and GGV-compliant implementation. Traditional single-family home projects without a tenant-generated electricity component are not the focus.
We assess each enquiry individually and usually get back to you within 1–2 working days with an initial assessment and a proposal for the next steps. For more complex issues, such as regulatory matters or grid operations, it may be advisable to arrange a brief technical consultation straight away.
